Colour Vision Testing

Colour vision is essential in humans for several reasons, not least of all in certain occupational environments. We have the ability to screen for colour deficiency and it is a free of charge assessment as part of a standard eye tests and examinations.

Colour defects can be of different types which can be differentiated between, so the patient is aware of exactly which colour or colours are the problem. Colour vision deficiency may be correctable with certain contact lenses.
